Return and Refund Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 15-30 days of receipt
How to initiate a return
To request a return: Please email 13415737673@163.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
Shipping your return: Ship the item to our warehouse (provide address) using a trackable carrier.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer pays for returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
Prepaid Label Option: For faster processing, you can request a prepaid return label (which will be deducted from your refund).
Refund Process
Refund Amount: Original payment method minus shipping costs (unless there is an issue with the return). Refunds include shipping costs.
Processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
Exchanges:
We currently only offer refunds. For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or wrong items
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo/video proof for a free replacement or refund.
